5 Stance


Ready Position


Half-Horse Stance Block


Horse Stance Punch


Spring Kick Punch


Step through into Horse Stance Punch with upwards palm block


Bring left foot across and backwards whilst blocking with right fist


Resting stance with punch


Block with palm


Strike upwards with other palm


Thread blocking palm down into Crossover Stance


Step up and rotate arms over into Empty Stance


Ready Position

Flick Kick Punch


Step through into Horse Stance Punch with upwards palm block


Bring left foot across and backwards whilst blocking with right fist

Block with Palm


Strike upwards with other palm
