Kicks
Spring Kick- Body straight
- Hands on hips
- Elbows back
- Standing Leg Straight
- Raise knee, then flick foot with toes pointed
- Hold leg in horizontal position, then lower to floor in a controlled action

Spring Kick with Punch- Body straight
- Start with left fist extented in punching position, right fist back by side
- Take a small step with right foot
- Spring Kick with left leg
- At the same time punch with a right fist, pulling left fist back to your side
- Leave fist extended as kicking leg is brought down to the ground
- Step forward with left leg to complete a second Spring Kick with Punch on the oppostie side


Heel Kick- Body straight
- Hands on hips
- Elbows back
- Standing Leg Straight
- Raise knee, then kick heel forwards with toes bent back
- Hold leg in horizontal position, then lower to floor in a controlled action (toes can point on the way down)

Heel Kick with Punch- Body straight
- Start with left palm extented in striking position, right palm back by side
- Take a small step with right foot
- Heel Kick with left leg
- At the same time strike with a right palm, pulling left palm back to your side
- Leave palm extended as kicking leg is brought down to the ground
- Step forward with left leg to complete a second Heel Kick with Palm on the oppostie side
