narom.net is mark moran's website, an american guy who trained under master tang's team-mate hao zhihua (patty li) in SF. he ran Jet Li's website for a couple of years, and moved to china to continue working for jet. nice guy.

What is Wushu?

I have occasionally mentioned that I'm "sore all over from wushu training last night" to several people, but then I've run into some difficulty explaining just what wushu is, despite its rapid growth around the world and the some of its most famous practitoners: Jet Li and Jackie Chan.

 So, while procrastinating one night, a search on youtube brought me this:
