This here is the running good vibes thread.

Like - uh, i dunno - ever had an 'aha!' experience during training?

Where you shift your weight during a bow stance and feel the tension lift from your legs... The moment you hit Air-Time and just *float* in a jump kick...  

Or perhaps you were working hard on a form and you hit it just right one day out of the blue and was like, 'Sweet!'

Cool, good vibes stuff like that.

Oh, definitely the splits for me. After 8 months of stretching (sometimes not even) twice a week, one day I did the splits on my left leg and was so shocked I had to stand up and try it again. And now I'm doing it all the time - distracts from the fact I'm not doing any kicking. Imagine if I'd discovered this benefit months ago by stretching more than twice a week! I could have been slacking off in half the time.

I'm sure one day my centre of gravity will reveal itself, or I'll be able to lift more than one foot off the floor at a time, but I'm not there yet with the jump kicks >_<
