Don't worry too much, I will print out my plan and ask the master cause I'm not good at this.
We can make different training activities, you and the master have the ability to say whether we can do the training. However, I want us to do the same thing together, so it may be half year to up one level or something easy to think.

Hrmmm, after reading all this, i would say a self practise class could be useful if you can be bothered. 6.30 in the morning is just too early for ppl who live far. If u really want to get good at wushu, just stay home and stretch. Take master tangs advise. All you have to do is stretch at home. Without flexibility, it will be difficultt to develp balance, cause u can't get ur body to move as freely. Power comes from your ability to shift force from the ground to the point of impact, this will be linked to balance which corelates to flexibility. On the other hand strength in stances is pretty easy to develop, my horse stance has improved from 30secs to about 3min. Unless you've been here as long as the seniors or have the flexibility of one of seniors, it will be pretty hard to improve at a good pace. i've been at wushu for a good 1 and a half years, my flexibility still sucks, lol, everyone still tells me off, lol. But yeah i've just mainly been improving speed which has developed over time, it's kinda useful but is no good cause my i got no flexibility and balance so it always stuffs up, LOL note wat master tang and scotty do to me when we train sometimes. One thing i can do is jump lol so thats one advantage i have, yay, but lack technique for jump kicks dammit. Well overall i'd proberly just do it at home. Stertch for a like good 20min and then do some intence stance work for like 10min to increase strength and chuck in like 10min on kicks, so the body can used to movements of muscles, and then cool down for like 10min with light stretching and 5 stance. LOL my final note would be, regardless of how good you get with out proper technique, it'll always suk. LOL so it's best to have a senior or master tang there to keep an eye on things. Trust me helps ALOT!!!!!!!!!!!. Laters Y'all and good luck on exams WUSHU PWNS ALL. _________________________________________________ " Lifes's Battles Dont Always Go To The Stronger Or Faster Man, But Sooner Or Later The Man Who Wins Is The One Who Thinks He Can.
