XMAS PARTY

Hello everyone, Just giving you guys a heads up that the Christmas party this year will be a BBQ during the day on Saturday the 22nd of Dec, in Murrumbeena (spelling not sure). It's basically 2 mins away from Chadstone. A melways map reference will be provided for you shortly. Until then, keep that day free and possibly the night as well, as there is a big clubbing fest to take place at night and you are all welcome to come along to that as well. Can I hear a "Hell yeah!" from those who are gonna come to the Chrissy Party. (and also mention if you'd like to come clubbing afterwards as well) Ok, see you guys soon... Fish --- Fish is our friend... not our food!

Yo, As I mentioned at training. I'm gonna have a beach trip after exams for a few days down at my beach house at Wye River. It's in between Lorne and Apollo Bay for those who know that stretch of the Great Ocean Road. Anyway, I've come up with some dates for November. Go up Friday 16th, stay Sat, Sun and then come back Mon 19th. I am flexible and can extend the days either side of this time frame but you guys need to tell me about it... So... Who's in!?!

Saturday night out

I've booked us a table for 20 under the name of Scott at Pugg Mahone's on Saturday the 28th at 7pm. The address is 106 - 112 Hardware Street, in the city (it's the northern extension of Hardware Lane (for those of you who are compass challenged, that's the direction towards Melb Uni / Melb Central). If you need carpooling - you need to let me know so I can arrange transportation for you, otherwise I'm assuming everyone's getting their themselves. I am also now open to any suggestion for places to go to afterwards. Bars, lounges, (karaoke). My personal preference is a great wine bar called MOO on Lt Bourke St...hahaha, but I appreciate that's not gonna be everyone's scene. =) They got a great selection though... Karaoke, there's one on Bourke St near Russell which sounds reasonable and could be a good way to while away a couple of drunken hours. =) So - let me know where you guys wanna go.

self practice class content discussion

Master tang is very smart, I asked him in monday night, he told me to do the same thing as what we do in the main class, actually, the main class is good. It have a good sequence and good thing to practice in the class, however, it seem to be focus on movement (This is making sense because the aim is to preform) I want to change a little bit, which is focus on the three things which is flexibility, strength and balance and kicking, yes, balance and kicking is training together. consider master tang plan, scott and my plan and give your opinion.

Self practice class venue discussion

I've do the inspection yesterday morning and today morning, It was warm yesterday morning, however, the oval was wet. That's means we can't do the stretching, push up or sit up there. The mud can make diffuicuit to your kicking I've ask the reception at monday night, the reception tell me we can book the squash room with the 10 hour passes (10 X 1 hour) If we have less than 6 people, we may do it at home. If we have 6 to 12 people, we can book a table tennis room with the rate 72 dollar for ten times, which can make the rate 18 to 36 dollar per person per month (consider 30 days a month). If we have 12 to 20 people, we can book a squash room with the rate 135 for ten times, which can make the rate 20.25 to 33.75 per person per month (consider 30 days a month). However, the reception is not working until 7:20am in the morning, I don't know about 7:30. It is cleaning time from 6:30 to 7:30, the room are all open and all lights are turn on. However, I think if we make a deal with the monash sport, the problem can be sloved. Everboday have the right to say their opinion here, if you can make the cost lower, we have another option which is playing football in the weekend, it is good to our heart-lung function , kicking and balance, watch and use the proper force.

Next Social Event

Just planning ahead everyone. Let's go out and do something after the exams are over. I understand that the last day for most people is what...the 27th? Well, let's go out on Saturday 30th. Dinner at Kim Chi Grandma's in Carnegie (which I know will be at the chagrin of at least 2 of the seniors (nuhr nuhr - tough)), then some pool afterwards perhaps. Or whatever else people would like to suggest. Let's all come back to my place and party! How's that sound?
