As you can see in the title of this post, the beginner's classes down at the hockey pavilion will be starting up from the 3rd of March onwards. Classes are every Monday from 7:30-8:30pm in the hour before main class starts.

Come and try out our beginner's course for free, no obligations, simply a great way to learn some martial arts and make friends at the same time.
