New to Monash University and want to try some Wushu? Then come along to our beginner's classes! The first one is on Thursday the 3rd of March at 7:30pm in Aerobics Room of the Sports Center where you will be training with all the members starting from the basics. First class will see you already learning the key stances, hand strikes and kicks as well as the start of your very first routine. You'll get to see what Wushu is all about as well, with the more advanced members practicing their forms.
The first few lessons are free so that you can see if Wushu is for you. As of 2016, If you want to keep going membership for beginners is $115 for the first semester! That's $10 off normal rates, and as usual if you pay within the first two weeks of training you enter the chance to win a Monash Wushu Club jacket (style assured).
If you're going to Orientation Week, come over to our stall and see what Wushu is all about, otherwise, see you at training!
