Beginner Classes

New to Monash University and want to try some Wushu? Then come along to our beginner's classes! The first one is on Thursday the 6th of March at 7:30pm in Aerobics Room of the Sports Center where you will be training with all the members starting from the basics. First class will see you already learning the key stances, hand strikes and kicks as well as the start of your very first routine. You'll get to see what Wushu is all about as well, with the more advanced members practicing their forms.

Workshop with Master Wang Deming

Master Wang Deming, of Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon fame, is coming to Melbourne!

Master Wang will be running an exclusive three day workshop, covering the three major internal wushu styles - Tai Chi, Xing Yi and Ba Gua. The workshop will be held at Monash Wushu's sister school, Taichi For Life.
